January-December 2025 Rev. Manley Metoyer, Chairman: We The People Network, Inc., organized after our founder, Rev. Frank Rideau, Jr., saw that there was a presence missing in our schools and communities. I shared this vision and came on board to offer what expertise that I could. This organization was formed out of a need to assist our young people with financial aid to further their education and to educate our community on health and communities involvement. As a people, we must band together to help one another to grow spiritually, as well. As chairman, I work with a dynamic group of people all from different aspects of our community. Our board members make a diverse group, so that we look at our community from different prospectives. We partner with other organizations, and I believe together we can make a difference.
